Beer & Soul

Beer & Soul is the name of my company, which does craft beer marketing and brand experience design. Beer & Soul is also the name of this publication, where I write about what we drink, what we listen to, the spaces and places where we do both of those things, and how all of that shapes who we are. Beer is more than a beverage. Music is more than sound. Culture isn’t just something we consume—it’s something we carry and should care for.

I write about beer, but not just beer. I write about music, but not just music. I write about labor, craft, memory, identity, and place—about the people who make the things that bring us together and what it means when we allow those things to fall apart. Expect commentary on craft beer culture and business, reviews of contemporary music that moves me, dives into my record collection and past life as a very mediocre MC, and playlists to soundtrack all of it.
